PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information the Swipe 64 app for iPhone and iPad ("the app") collects, why, and the choices you have. The app is made by Available Company Limited ("we", "us").
When you play Swipe 64 on CrazyGames, the CrazyGames privacy policy applies to that website, and none of the services described below are used.
What stays on your device
Your scores, progress, settings and puzzle stars are saved only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Services we use
The app has no accounts, and we never ask for your name, email or contacts. It uses three services from other companies, which collect some information on their own servers:

Your choices
- Tracking. The app asks for permission before using your advertising identifier (Apple's App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised using that identifier. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent for personalised ads when you first open it. You can change your choice at any time from ABOUT > PRIVACY CHOICES in the app.
- No ads. REMOVE ADS, a one-time purchase, stops the ads between runs and gives the rewards of the optional ads without watching them. Once you own it, the app no longer asks for consent to ads or for tracking. RESTORE PURCHASES in ABOUT brings it back on a new device.
Legal bases
Where data-protection laws such as the GDPR or Thailand's PDPA apply, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising, and on our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the game for analytics and non-personalised ads. We process purchase data because it is needed to provide what you bought.
How long information is kept
Each service keeps information for as long as its own policy says. We set Google Analytics to keep event data for 2 months.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to withdraw consent. Because the app has no accounts, we usually cannot link information to you, but we will help as far as we can: write to us at the address below. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
International transfers
The services above may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States, under their own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
This website
playavailable.com counts visits with Fathom Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not collect personal information or track you across sites. The website has no ads.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date at the top.
